The Powder Bath is the perfect place to make a statement. We opted for darker wood tones and color to create a moody atmosphere. The rich charcoal vertical paneling on the walls is reminiscent of shiplap seen elsewhere in the home, tying it all together.

Check out this stone 👀👀. The color pallet here was kept warm and neutral with subtle shades of white and natural oak, allowing for the stone to have the moment it deserves. This Taj Mahal quartzite has gorgeous veining adding interest to the simplicity of the space. Plus, one of the benefits of doing a slab backsplash includes no grout lines to be cleaned!

The reality of life often includes doing two things at once. Remember we mentioned that this home belongs to a young family? Well, windows at the sink not only allow for natural light and day dreaming, but they also allow you to keep an eye on kiddos in the backyard. The medium toned stain of the vanity brings warmth into the room while also showcasing the natural beauty of the wood. The drawers are constructed with angled finger pulls to maintain the simplicity of the design without adding visual clutter (all the while being highly functional).

Hidden design detail, behind the mirror within the closet is a custom made jewelry holder! The last image showing how we used the fish hooks to hold all the wonderful items of jewelry.
