New construction on an empty lot that fronts a reservoir. The scale of the ample interior program was broken down with a site inspired angled shape, which, along with the expansive glass and elevated patio spaces, allowed for full enjoyment of the water views. Multiple vaulted spaces extended a similar openness to the interior.
