We share a lot of exterior shots - but the architecture plays a huge role in shaping your interior and setting the tone for how a home feels.
This entryway makes a bold first impression: a dramatic double-height space where crisp lines, black steel details, and a perfectly-placed window grid establish a modern edge. A soft brick wall tempers the intensity, bringing warmth and texture to an otherwise minimal palette. It`s equal parts bold and welcoming -- a space that feels as elevated as it is livable.

We took this dated kitchen (last photos) and reimagined it as a fresh, modern, and highly functional space. By completely reworking the layout and finishes, we created a warm and contemporary kitchen that not only looks beautiful, but also meets the needs of a Kosher household—with two of everything: ovens, dishwashers, microwaves, and sinks. The materials, tones, and custom millwork were all selected to bring elevated style while supporting day-to-day function for a busy family.

Summer has officially arrived -- and this backyard is ready to soak it all in ☀️☀️
One detail we especially love? The gas lantern in the porch. It adds such timeless charm - and yes, if you`re dreaming of one, we`ll plan to run a gas line to the sconce from the start to make it happen.
Because when the evenings stretch long and the poolside glow kicks in... it`s hard to beat that atmosphere.

One of our favorite ways to instantly elevate a room? Textured wallcovering. This living space gets a beautiful layer of warmth and dimension from a linen-inspired wallcovering - adding subtle richness without overwhelming the room. And wallcoverings aren`t just for walls... we brought a little magic overhead with a metallic finish on the tray ceiling. When the cove lighting is on, it casts a soft golden glow, creating the dreamiest ambiance. Cozy, elevated, and just a little unexpected.

Summer may be around the corner, but this gloomy, rainy stretch has us reaching for a blanket and parking ourselves fireside. And honestly, if we had a fireplace like this one, we`d be curled up here allll year-round.
Carved entirely from marble, this surround is a showstopper. The crisp geometry brings a modern edge, while the natural veining adds depth, warmth, and just the right amount of drama. It`s clean, sculptural, and full of personality -- proof that a fireplace can be both cozy and undeniably cool.
We designed this beauty to be the centerpiece of the room... and if it were ours, we`d never look away 👀🤩

Stone walls inside? Always gets a yes from us. While they may be having a moment now, we`ve always been a fan. A textural element like this adds depth and warmth, making a brand-new space feel rooted and timeless.
We designed this kitchen -- architecture and interiors included -- to celebrate that feeling. The natural stone frames a wall of windows that brings the outdoors in, while the palette of warm woods, clean lines, and soft brass finishes keeps things elevated yet inviting. The result? A kitchen that feels like it`s been here forever... just waiting for a cozy morning coffee or a bustling dinner party.

When the owners first purchased this home, it came with a dilapidated barn in its backyard. That barn is long gone, and in its place stands this two-story additional entertainment space. Although we are calling it an entertainment space, this building has held so many purposes for this family over the years.
On the first floor, there is a bar, restroom, and seating/dining area with Nana Walls to open the space out to the pool, acting as a cabana. Upstairs, it’s a little cozier and more private - perfect to curl up and read a book or watch a movie.
Check out the highlight reel “Franklin House” to see the transformation of the barn.
